Types of Skills

Job Content: Those skills shich are specific to a job, i.e. Javascript, C+ Networking, Operate mobile x-ray equipment.

Transferable Skills: Skills which can transfer from one job to another, i.e. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, General Clerical Work, Excellent Presenter.

Self-Management Skills: Sometimes these are called personality traits or abilities, i.e. Enthusiastic, Team Player, Good Communicator. For further list open the Personality and Attitudinal Trait List provided. This list will give you some great options for your resume.

Since it is unlikely that you will find a position that is identical to your previous job, it is critical to carefully evaluate how your skills transfer into other opportunites and include them on you list of possiblities.
